One of our blog readers has asked about praying Philippians 4:13 and Jeremiah 29:11.
I can do everything through Him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13 (NIV)
You could pray:
You could pray:
1. "Dear Father, help me to do everything through Him who gives me strength."
2. "Dear Father, I want to do everything through Him who gives me strength. Please let Your strength flow through me."
3. "Papa, Abba, I'm not doing every thing through You. Please send Your strength to flow through me so I can live this verse."
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) [No close quotes on this verse because the next verse is part of this message from Him and is powerful too!]

May God bless your efforts! I have no personal experience with livejournal, it does help to remember that when we post anything on the internet it is viewable by EVERYone, worldwide. Never give out ANY personal information. Think of posting as an extension of your front door. Be careful who you invite to enter. If you feel comfortable doing so, please share your praying experiences with us.
The neatest thing God is showing me right now is the true power of prayer. There have been people I actually know that have had miraculous answers to prayer within the last year. One of which was "brain dead" and they turned off the machines with organ harvest people there and as soon as they turned the machines off, his eyes popped open (this was in May). He came home in August with some possibly permanent problems, but he is alive and a total miracle. And that is just one of the answered prayers of this area. There are several more should have been dead people, some of which are home now, some of them are not. But it has been amazing!
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. May He continue to bless you as you pursue your conversations with Him.
Several years ago I found Beth Moore's book "Praying God's Word" and it has become such a treasure.
I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
A friend just told me about your blog and website. I'm anxious to read more.
Blessings,
